Studying the Bachelor of Accounting at CQUniversity gives you the opportunity to pursue an area of interest with your choice of specialisation and prepares you to work in many different areas of accounting including pursuing a career as a financial planner.
A key feature of this course is the financial planning major which is accredited by the Financial Planning Association of Australia (FPA), meeting incoming regulatory requirements to practice as a financial planner.
The course has a strong focus on problem-solving, enabling you to communicate effectively when you enter the workforce, a skill that is highly desired by employers.
If you are a domestic student you will also have the option to complete two work integrated learning units as electives, enabling you to gain practical experience and further enhance your employability.

If you were not born in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Ireland, South Africa or United States of America, you are required to meet the English Language Proficiency requirements set by the University.

If you do not satisfy any of the above, you will need to undertake an English language proficiency test and achieve the following scores:
