The Master in Laboratory Medicine is a new professionally accredited course that will provide you with the necessary knowledge, skills and workplace experience to work in diagnostic pathology and assist with diagnosis and treatment of disease. This course will provide you with the support and access to a broad and coherent body of knowledge in a range of contexts, at the masters-level. You will gain knowledge and skills in the areas of haematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry and anatomical pathology. Graduates may work in areas such as diagnostic pathology, research, forensics science as well as health management, public health departments, educational institutes and the pharmaceutical industry.
