The various levels of the interview process was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the group activity. We were given a scenario and had to work together in a team amongst people from different disciplines, which reflects our work environment.

Started as a vacation student - assessment centre followed by one-on-one interview. Didn't have to reapply as a grad, worked casually at the company through final year of uni then transitioned to a full time grad.

There were many stages, which was a little annoying but understandable. Having to give long answers to questions was more annoying than shorter responses.

For my role, the process was very different to most of the other graduates. I simply had an interview, which included an hour to do a small assessment.

I think the interview with your potential team leader and young professional is a great setup, and the best way to get to know your future team. The interviews with HR and group interviews are always very forced and not a good representation of what it is like to work at this company.
