Flexible when it comes to work hours. Work hours vary on a daily basis.

Working hours a different across the different business units. Moving around the different rotations, each business unit has its own culture regarding working hours. There is flexibility to work from home if required or to start early and finish early.

Caltex believes in work life balance. If you are a morning person (which I am) you can come into the office early and leave early i.e. 8:30-4:30. But rather than sticking to specific time frames, you are measured by your output - some days you might have to work longer to achieve what you need to, other days you might not.
